Operation-wise, the company is headed by
Ir. H. Rosyidan Usman and Dr. Anton Castilani Msi., DFM. Ir. Usman
concentrates on the branded bottled water facilities, while Dr.
Castilani concentrates on refill-stations. The Company has 35
independent staffs. 25 of them are trained Doctors and Physicians from
the National Police Force. Their domiciles are spread throughout the
main islands of Indonesia. In addition, the Company has another team
of independent staff, 10 experts in the field of biology, chemistry,
food nutritionist and geology. The team from the Police Force is
coordinated by Dr. Anton Castilani Msi., DFM of the Police Force. The
food sector is being headed by Ms. Ir. Dwi Iswarawanti Msc of
SEAMEO-TROPMED.
The team is well-trained and highly
knowledgeable in each of their respective field, including the bottled
water industry, public health, packaging and one additional agenda :
bioterrorism and other potential terorism acts in the food and
beverages industry.
The majority of this team are doctors
and physicians attached to the National Police Force. They are all
very knowledgeable in public health issues and hygiene within the
industry. Their laboratories and other related facilities within the
Police Force nation-wide are open for the use of the Company at a
minimal cost in order to better serve the general public.
All regulation including WHO, HACCP,
Codex Alimentarius and the national standard and regulation are
diligently monitored and followed for each field of the industries
inspected.
Having the back-up of well-trained and
well-selected doctors and physicians is the proof and the guarantee of
the Company's adherence to the rules and regulations, national as well
international.
The basis for conducting the inspections
on both branded bottlers and refill-stations for bottled water is
based on ABWA's Unified Checklist which in turn is based on ICBWA
approved inspection list. The format for the refill-stations has been
modified to make it simpler as they have different standard of
qualifications compared to the branded bottled water and is basically
more leaning towards the local ruling prepared by the Departement of
Health, completed with the points added from ABWA's Unified Checklist.
Basically the objective of this Company
is to serve Indonesia, to provide training and certifications to
Indonesian companies to achieve international recognition and to
improve the standard of operation of the small operators.

key team are :
